48. Get my face painted

Something you see all the time at Disney is kids with their faces painted. Something you see a little less is adults with their faces painted. But if you live there for 9 months there's just some things you have to do, and get your face painted is one of them. (Correction: something that really only I and a couple other College Program people feel the need to do).

On a nice sunny day, Paul and I went and got our faces painted and went on a photoshoot around Magic Kingdom. By which I mean I made Paul take a whole bunch of pictures of me everywhere. My face paint design included pink paint that overtook my face, and lots of glitter that overtook my entire head. Paul kept rubbing his face on accident, but mine stayed almost perfectly intact. Later that night, we met up with a friend of mine from college and went to Trader Sam's, a bar where no one even looked at me strange because Disney is a magical wonderful place where nothing is even weird anymore.
