35. Watch Wishes from a Ride

The traditional place to watch Wishes, Magic Kingdom's fireworks show, is right in front of the castle, since there are projections onto the castle that go along with the fireworks display. However, there are plenty of other places to watch the fireworks, since fireworks in general are beautiful no matter what. A really cool place to watch the fireworks is on a ride because it makes it even more magical.

The first night I tried to do that with my roommate Lindsay, the ride was delayed and we missed the fireworks. So the second time, I got a fastpass for Big Thunder Mountain Railroad during the fireworks. We got in line when the fireworks started, since they're 12 minutes long and we wanted to make sure we saw the end rather than the beginning, when there are more actual fireworks being shot off.

We had perfect timing and were able to see the fireworks in the sky during the perfect time, and were still able to run off the ride to watch the finale from Frontierland. It's always cool seeing the fireworks from different places around the park, and this was such a unique experience to have.
